The service process covers the entire cycle from project docking, technical preparation to production delivery and after-sales guarantee. The service process is as follows:
I. Preliminary project docking and demand confirmation
1. Customer demand communication:
1.1. The customer proposes steel structure project requirements, such as building type (factory, bridge, venue, etc.), engineering quantity, design drawings, construction period requirements and special technical standards (such as load-bearing, earthquake resistance, and anti-corrosion level).
1.2. The company's business team docks with the customer to clarify the core requirements of the project (such as structural form, material specifications, budget range), and record key parameters (such as span, load requirements).
2. Technical feasibility assessment:
2.1. The technical team conducts a preliminary review of the project drawings and assesses the feasibility of steel structure processing (such as material procurement difficulty and processing technology complexity).
2.2. Confirm with the customer the material selection (such as Q235, Q355B and other steel grades), surface treatment requirements (galvanizing, painting, layer thickness, materials, etc.) and installation specifications (such as national standard GB50017, American standard AISC).
II. Scheme design and business negotiation
1. In-depth design and scheme output:
1.1. Based on the customer's drawings, the technical team conducts in-depth design (such as node details, component split drawings), and uses CAD, Tekla and other software to generate processing drawings and three-dimensional models.
1.2. Provide a list of materials (BOM table), processing technology description (such as welding, cutting, assembly process) and construction schedule.
2. Quotation and contract signing:
2.1. According to the design plan, calculate the material cost, processing fee, transportation fee and tax, and provide the customer with a detailed quotation.
2.2. After both parties confirm the price, delivery date, and quality standards, they sign a formal contract to clarify the liability for breach of contract, acceptance terms, and after-sales service content.
III. Production and processing preparation stage
1. Material procurement and inspection:
1.1. Purchase steel according to the contract requirements, strictly review the supplier's qualifications, and ensure that the materials are accompanied by quality certificates (mechanical properties, chemical composition test reports).
1.2. Conduct on-site inspection of steel (such as appearance inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, mechanical properties test) to prevent unqualified materials from entering the warehouse.
2. Production scheduling:
2.1. The production department formulates a processing plan based on the construction period requirements, divides the processes (such as cutting, welding, assembly, painting), and allocates equipment (laser cutting machine, welding and straightening machine, welding robot, shot blasting machine, etc.) and personnel.
2.2. Establish a progress tracking table to clarify the completion time nodes of each link.
IV. Steel structure processing and quality control
1. Core processing procedures:
1.1. Cutting and blanking: Use stripping or laser cutting to process components according to the drawing size and control the size error.
1.2. Welding and forming: Welding is performed by certified welders according to the process assessment parameters or welding is performed by operating the welding and correction equipment (such as welding rod model, welding current, and interlayer temperature).
1.3. Component assembly (according to product requirements): Positioning is performed through tooling and fixtures to ensure that the geometric dimensions of the components (such as verticality and flatness) meet the specifications, and the bolt connection hole position accuracy is controlled within ±1mm.
1.4. Surface treatment (according to product requirements): Shot blasting and rust removal (reaching Sa2.5 level), spraying anti-corrosion paint or hot-dip galvanizing according to needs.
2. Full-process quality control:
2.1. Quality inspectors conduct random inspections according to the process (such as cutting accuracy, weld appearance, coating thickness), record the inspection data, and mark unqualified products for rework or scrapping.
2.2. Pre-assemble key components (such as large-span trusses and crane beams), verify the feasibility of installation, and take photos or videos for preservation.
V. Packaging, transportation and on-site services
1. Finished product packaging and delivery:
1.1. Classify and package according to component type (such as using angle steel frames to fix small parts and waterproof cloth to cover large components), and mark the component number, installation location and center of gravity.
1.2. The factory certificate, inspection report, installation drawings and maintenance instructions are attached to the goods.
2. Transportation and on-site delivery:
2.1. Self-pickup in the factory.
2.2. After the goods meet the delivery conditions, notify the customer for on-site acceptance, check the number, specifications and appearance quality of the components, and go through the delivery procedures.
3. Installation guidance and commissioning (as required by the project contract):
3.1. The company sends technical personnel to the site to provide installation guidance, explain the component connection method (bolt connection or welding), and hoisting precautions (such as the location of the hoisting point and force balance).
3.2. Assist in the installation and commissioning of complex structures (such as grids and space trusses) to ensure that the structural stability meets the design requirements.
VI. After-sales maintenance and project acceptance
1. After-sales support:
2. Regularly visit customers to understand the use of steel structures and provide maintenance suggestions (such as regular anti-corrosion paint and structural safety testing).
VII. Additional services (optional)
1. Steel structure inspection and reinforcement: Provide bearing capacity detection, damage assessment and reinforcement and transformation solutions for existing steel structures.
2. Customized solutions: Provide material optimization and process innovation services for special projects (such as marine engineering and high-rise buildings).
